Kids Choice Awards 2025
1.1 The Kids Choice Awards 2025 ("KCA 2025") is organized by Made of Founders Limited, a private company based in Nairobi, Kenya, and delivered in partnership with contracted local partners in Zambia and South Africa.
1.2 KCA 2025 is a 100% virtual, online-only awards platform that celebrates talent, academic excellence, life skills, and creative achievement in children aged 17 and below.
1.3 KCA 2025 is only open to citizens and residents of South Africa and Zambia.
2.1 Nominations are free of charge.
2.2 Anyone can submit a child's name for consideration, including parents, teachers, mentors, friends, or the child themselves.
2.3 All submissions must be made online via the official platform:
2.4 The Nominee Selection Panel will shortlist finalists in each category and age bracket.
3.1 Voting will be exclusively via the KCA Express Voting portal.

3.2 To vote, the public will purchase Voting Credits, with pricing as follows:

💳 Payment Information: All payments will include a small platform or processing fee (1%–3%).
3.3 Voters can cast votes for any nominee in any category, multiple times, as long as they purchase the required credits.
3.4 The minimum voting transaction is 10 votes (USD $2 equivalent in local currency).
4.1 Winners will be determined by a hybrid scoring model:
60% from public paid votes
40% from an expert adjudication panel
4.2 Winners will be announced online at the end of the voting period, with cash prizes awarded to select top winners.
5.1 Only children aged 17 and below are eligible to be nominated.
5.2 Nominations must include all required information and media for validation.
5.3 Any child proven to have been involved in misconduct or found misrepresented will be disqualified.
5.4 The Organizers reserve the right to:
Reassign nominees to the appropriate category
Remove or disqualify entries at any stage for ethical violations
6.1 Personal data submitted will be used only for KCA operations, marketing, or analytics, in compliance with local and international data protection laws.
6.2 By submitting photos, videos, or other media, the nominator warrants they have rights or permission to do so.
6.3 The Organizers shall not be liable for disputes over ownership. If unresolved, the nominee may be disqualified.
7.1 Any attempt to hack, tamper, or unfairly influence the voting or nomination platform will result in:

Possible legal action
7.2 Voting and submission deadlines will be clearly published on the official website.
7.3 Any submissions or votes made outside of these dates will be discarded.
8.1 The Organizers reserve the right to amend timelines, rules, or procedures at any time.
8.2 The Organizers are not responsible for:
Internet issues
Payment failures due to third-party providers
Errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate submissions
